I do breath work on my own and find these slightly gimmicky, but I have an anxious tween who instantly took to this when I bought it for them. It is a nice reminder to breathe deeply and slowly in a way that calms the nervous system from an activated state. Materials and workmanship are similar in quality to much more expensive versions.

I bought this as a gift and it just arrived the other day. I read reviews warning buyers about rust or other things inside the necklace so I took a scrub brush to it and it was nice and clean inside. Would still recommend cleaning it though just to get any dust or packaging debris out. But overall 10/10. Beautiful product.

I honestly thought this was going to be a regretful purchase since, let’s be real, it is pretty gimmicky. It is just a straw on a chain for sure. There is nothing special about the way it’s structured that makes breathing through it different from breathing through a straw.But it honestly has really helped my anxiety and helped my husband with his oral fixation/quitting smoking. I’ve definitely been using it a lot and I didn’t think I would. I’ve also noticed that I am significantly more relaxed and not so wound up all the time. Because of this, I’d say it’s worth a try if you’re considering it. It’s a little pricey but nothing absurd, and it does help if you’re willing to use it.

Does it work? Yes. Does it look good? It looks good.Other reviews mentioned it is just a straw. Uh yeah sort of.It arrived on a weekend and i used it quite a bit the first few days. In reality I'm not going to use it in public so that won't help me. I think it would be an odd thing to do at work.It doesn't make noise, other than the slight hiss of air being pushed through.I'd say for me, when I wear it, it just serves as a reminder to breath, relax and stay calm.

My wife has been talking about this for a while. After inspecting it I am amazed at the high quality. I know it will exceed her expectations.

Please be careful and use a pipe cleaner to clean the inside before you consider inhaling. As soon as I received my package, I removed the pipe from the necklace to give it a good clean before using, on the first swipe, there was SO MUCH RUST, I had brown water dripping down my hand. I wanted to take a picture but my hands were so filthy, it's insane that a product in this condition is being sold to people. I couldn't believe it and will be returning this product.

I did a lot of research when selecting a Breathwork necklace. I was really torn between this one in a more expensive brand. I will not say in this review that one would be better the other- but I can say in this review that this necklace works.

Very good quality. A little heavy and bulky, but i guess it has to be bigger for it to work the way it does.
