The design is very practical and fits comfortably around the body, making it easy to reach areas that are usually hard to massage. I have some dense fat pockets on the backs of my thighs. For the first few weeks of using this, it was painful running over those spots. I had a ton of bruises! But I am sold on this. My legs overall look more toned and I think it’s helping circulation more than anything. It’s a great buy and feels great on the feet and calves

This goes beyond being ineffective; it's a hazardous tool that causes injury! I only tried it twice on my legs, and the rough edges of the rollers literally scraped and abraded my skin, leaving visible red marks that sting and burn. The issue is no longer about cellulite; it's that I now have to spend weeks letting these abrasions heal and applying ointment to prevent infection. The advertised "smooth touch" and "safe massage" are a complete joke. A product that claims to improve your body should, first and foremost, DO NO HARM. It fails at this most basic requirement. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. One star is too generous.​ Protect your skin and stay far away.

Prior to purchasing, I read countless reviews and decided to give it a try. After 7 days of consistent use at 1 minute each area this was my experience. I will also mention, I am in my mid 60’s-5’9-157 lbs with pretty good legs for an older woman. My problem areas are saddlebags and cellulite on my buttocks. No matter with or without pressure this will be uncomfortable. It’s intended to break up fatty tissue. My bruising was minimal and didn’t appear until the fourth day. I use the roller with an anti-cellulite oil which helps the rollers glide more easily. It will take practice maneuvering certain curvy areas of your body. This will not roll over the entire buttocks as the demo shows. It possibly could if you have a tiny bottom, waistline, hips. In conclusion, I have seen a slight improvement. At the same time I am a realist and this will in no way completely remove cellulite. The roller will need to be used consistently and its temporary results. The reason I did not give a 5 star…it is impossible to cover the entire buttocks. roller can only work the legs (from knee up), the lower buttocks and hip area. In order for the roller to cover the entire body it would need to be collapsible for smaller areas and larger for larger areas. This roller is a one-size-fits-all. I hope this review helps.

Personal trainer and soft tissue work enthusiast here, so you can take my word for it when I say this product is legit. I’ve been an avid user of Ashley Black’s fascia blaster for 4 years now and I’m obsessed. I bought this to tackle the superficial layers of my thighs. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now, averaging 2 to 3 uses per week at 2 mins per thigh (followed by 3 minutes of facia blasting for deeper tissues), and the results are stellar!! The squiggly indented stretch marks on my inner thighs are virtually gone! And there’s very evident cellulite reduction all over, as well as diminished appearance of spider/varicose veins. With all this said, I MUST inform you, this product should NOT be used on dry skin or in cool temperatures. The ideal environment should be in either a sauna, steam room or hot shower with oil or soap for a slippery surface. Your tissues need to be warmed internally and externally in order for this to be most effective. Your connective tissues, which are the main cause of cellulite, become more gelatinous at a warmer temperature, allowing for easier manipulation and correction during treatment. Your skin should be slippery hence the oil or soap, so the tool can glide easily and smoothly and not snag or tug on your skin. Also, the bruising is completely normal, as blood pockets of stored up toxins are being disrupted and released. The bruising will subside with continued regular use. Begin with light pressure and work your way up overtime. Recommend starting in February or March to get over the bruising hurtle and achieve desired results in time for bathing suit season.
