Love the quality detail and character design in this piece! Was very excited to recieve it, util I was fully unwrapped and damaged. It's an easy fix with super glue but, very disappointing it was recieved damaged diminishing its overall quality. Would recommend mend this piece for any disney collector! Hopefully you recieve yours in better condition than mine...

Arrived on time. Was poorly shipped. The typical Jim Shore box was floating inside another, much bigger box. There wasn't any protection from the Jim Shore box being banged around the other box through shipment. The piece itself is awesome and beautiful. I'm however completely missing Doc's glasses on the one side? I opened this very slowly and carefully. There wasn't any floating pieces in the styrofoam, the plastic, or in the apple itself. You can tell the glasses were there at one point because of the mark on his face. Also, the inside of the piece is COMPLETELY coated in dust? I'm not talking about a few specks of dust. I'm talking about wipe your finger along it and it comes back with a clump of dust. The styrofoam had a fresh, one layer of tape. So the only thing I can think of is that the manufacturer sent me a display piece and not a brand new piece like I ordered. I typically purchase my Jim Shore from his website. This is the LAST and ONLY time I'll buy directly from Enesco. I would have thought I was safe buying from them through Amazon considering they're the manufacturer. Guess I was wrong.

Only giving 2 stars because of the careless packaging. I was so excited to received this item as it was a gift for my best friend. Upon arrival I noticed the box that it was shipped it was considerably larger than the box that the figurine came in with very little packing materials to compensate for shipping wear and tear. I was very upset to find that 2 of the dwarves were completely broken off and in multiple pieces. I was able to locate all the pieces within the figurine and super glue them back together, so it wasn't a total loss. The figurine itself was beautiful as is every single item I've ever purchased from Enescoe.

Second time I have ordered this item it has been broken both times.

The quality is bad, when I received it, I feel very happy, but next day, I found you sent me a disabled white snow. You may see her right hand which no fingers on top. Sad for Amazon’s quality.

The original box came damaged. It wasn't protected by any other covering, and label was taped right on the outside of the original box.Didn’t open it, so I don’t know if the figurine was also damaged. Will return

J'ai reçu cette magnifique figurine pour mon anniversaire et j'en suis ravie! Elle est arrivée dans un état impeccable sans casse. Les détails ainsi que les personnages sont superbes! J'ai été très surprise par la taille de la figurine, elle est imposante mais vaut largement son prix.

Me ha gustado muchísimo la figura. Lo bonita y bien pintada que està. Los colores y la escena que representa.Merece mucho la pena que los coleccionistas de Jim Shore tengan una pieza así. Lo que no me ha gustado es que me la entregaran sin embalaje y con la caja bastante deteriorada.
