Piece fell off
Metal piece fell off from the part where it connects to the valve. Unusable now. Apparently this piece is just badly pressed into this rotating ball shaped part.

I've got 4 cars, an electric bike, and a motor scooter that I take care of. With the variable 4 season climate I live in seasonal tire care can be a chore. This electronic tire gauge is awesome. I like that it takes 2 AAA batteries that I always keep in stock. It is easy to turn on/off and also has auto shut-off. Easy-to-read large digital display, swiveling chuck head, and air release button are nice features. The readings it gives correspond accurately to the readings on the dashboard of the newest vehicle in the fleet. Wish I had bought this a long time ago.

Very solid unit. Nozzle is small enough to fit into tight locations behind chains and panniers.
