I purchased a 4-pack of the KHSUIN Bright Smart Light Bulbs in November 2022. I had a little difficulty setting them up in Alexa, because I had to download an app called Smart Life, and then configure them in Alexa. I got it all figured out though, and the bulbs did exactly what they were supposed to. They have a wide range of colors, but the brightness seems a little off in some colors. Overall, I have been pleased with them, as they do what I need them to do (I use them in my dining room).In April 2023, one of the light bulbs has stopped working. I was surprised that one of the bulbs had already malfunctioned after only less than 5 months of use. I wrote to KHSUIN and asked about a replacement bulb, because I thought there was some kind of warranty. I was even willing to pay for a replacement bulb, as the only packages they have on Amazon are 4-packs. I did not hear back from KHSUIN. I am disappointed that KHSUIN did not respond to me, and I am sad that I now have only 3 working bulbs in my 4 dining room outlets. I probably would not buy these again.

Item was very easy to set up. Impressed with how bright bulbs are however, light does not appear to be as bright when in color mode.Just what I needed to improve my light automation. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

Despite their documentation claiming excellent customer support --- there is none. These bulbs claim to have 2 modes of registration: Bluetooth or AP mode. AP mode does not exist. Also, these bulbs will not work on a Cisco Meraki wifi network -- which may not be a big deal to some but Cisco wifi is has perhaps the largest installed base of wireless access points on the planet. Even so, I cannot recommend this product due to the simple fact that the seller never responded to my inquiries nor to Amazon support inquiries. Bottomline: stay away.

As someone who hate being in the dark but hate having the light too bright, this lamp is perfect for me. I can adjust the contrast, the colour, everything from the touch of my screen. The set is very easy as well, quick of a button and then voila!!! I am now in control of my own light buld.

These were great. For about 2 months.Now two of the four that I bought have issues where they go off and come back on randomly.It’s like the bulb itself is fine, but the WiFi part of it gets confused and turns the light off and back on over and over.

These bulbs are amazing--- a MUST have! took maybe 60 seconds to connect with Alexa and they work every time (when some bulbs disconnect randomly..... which makes my husband crazy). These are husband-anger proof. They are the perfect brightness and work really well in our home!

I’ve been trying to connect these bulbs for an hour. Followed all the instructions with 2.4GHz. Doesn’t seem to connect or detect anything. Wouldn’t recommend. I live in a small 1bed apartment and I have 1Gbps internet speed and somehow can’t seem to connect to the Wi-Fi with these bulbs. I give up
