Can i get replacement bulbs

I don’t think so, which is the only down side. However, it looks like a fairly standard LED strip inside, so I’m sure you could find a handy electrician to rewire it at some point. It’s got a very long lifespan anyway

I need a lamp I can secure to a work bench. Will the clamp work on a bench edge that's a little over 4 inches in height?

I am afraid not. The clamp is just over 3 inches max. Good light though

420mm (17 inches), the light is 280mm (11+ 1/4 inches) long, it also has a dimmer and light type mode for tired eyes, I would recommend it.

Would this fit on a massage bed?

It might but would depend on how high you would need the light to be above the table. The flexible arm is approximately 400mm from fixing clamp to the light fitting
