Are these ribbed or smooth?

These are smooth. I like these but I should have gone a size larger. They seem to be a bit smaller than normal.

Are these without tags(as pictured) or the new ones with tags?Last time I ordered the tagless, but was sent the new ones with tags.They fit different!

I ordered gray in Oct 2018 - no tag. Black in May 2019 had the tag. Tag rips out ok, a bit of messed up stitching but no scratchy tag bits left. No print to indicate back/inside once tag is gone so it takes a few extra seconds to figure out.
