God of War: The Official Cookbook of the Nine Realms (Gaming)

Very approachable recipes. Most recipes only require one special ingredient that may be a little expensive and could generally be found in most grocery stores. Generally very easy to make and easy to follow directions. I’ve made about a dozen recipes at this point including some drinks and spice mixtures. A good mixture in the type of food. The lore and flavor text on the recipes is very fun and adds to charm. The art is great. I highly recommend for a fan of the games and to anyone looking for some easy to make recipes to spice up your usual menu.

Fortunately I like themed cookbooks. So I've got only good things to say. The recipes are nicely laid out and easy to follow for the most part. The ones that we've tried are really good. But its the theme that causes one to buy the book and it is packed with lore and God of War goodness. I don't know if I'd buy this if you don't want to cook, but the same can be said about any cookbook.

By far my favourite themed cook book! So tasty. I regularly make stuff from this. The spice mixtures are the best

I got it for the sketch art and interesting Norse stuff. This book is pretty good. I love reading about the fun stories and recipes.

I bought this cookbook as a birthday gift for my bff, who is not only into Norse Mythology, she even probably played the game. She absolutely loved the cookbook!

I had never seen this cookbook before. My almost 20 year old son asked for it for Christmas this year so I ordered it. Looking thru it, I’m pretty jealous I’m not keeping it. I have a feeling I’m going to end up buying a second one just so I can have it. It looks like it has fantastic food in it!!!

I love god of war and the cook book is amazing. Made one of the recipes with my family and it tasted so good I definitely recommend this

My husband is a huge GoW fan. He had no idea this existed. The dishes, drinks, spice mixes, etc. do not exist in the game, but they all could.The artwork is beautiful throughout the book. The special touch of adding stories about the recipes is wonderful.Highly recommend for GoW fans as a decoration, but not as a guidebook for any food you may have seen in the game series so far.The pages are thick. They are coated in something so they feel like they will wipe clean easily if something spills on the pages, but we have yet to test this theory.

This book is awesome! It's a great table book as well since there's a lot of stories written inside. There's also a WIDE variety of recipes in here. I did notice there's a lot of recipes using things like lamb, which I don't like, but can easily be replaced with another protein. There's also a lot of recipes that have asian flavours, which I love. I definitely recommend this book for anyone looking to explore different foods.

A very detailed book with nice and varied foods with different levels of difficulty. It's so recommended.
