Best butyl out there.
If you want the money you're spending on equipment to pay off, you NEED to deaden sound! I've used every major brand and siless is my favorite to work with and the best value for your money, I'm not just adding weight, it's a thermal barrier and reduce outside noise. I turned a 10 year old, base model civic into what feels like a top tier Lexus . Does not offgas, no smell. Super easy to install. Make sure you get a set of rollers! They're required to achieve the advantages of this stuff, it MUST be adhered well and you don't want to tear the interior out twice.

High quality, super sticky, very effective
As long as the surface is thoroughly cleaned, these mats will stick to just about anything. They provide my car with a tremendous amount of sound dampening and have made riding in the car 10 times more enjoyable. I drive a Toyota Yaris and although the engine is built like it's meant to last forever (imagine that), the rest of the car is not of high quality. Which means we used to get A LOT of noise coming from the road, other cars, etc. After I installed these mats which, by the way, I wasn't able to install on every surface I wanted to install them on (due to lack of tools to be able to disassemble certain parts of the interior), the noise coming from outside the car is nearly completely gone. I covered the underside of my hood, the entire interior part of the hatchback, most of the floor in the trunk / spare tire well, and the entire interior side of the doors. The parts I couldn't get to (or didn't want to) were: the ceiling, underneath the driver & passenger seats, behind the dash and the floor for the 2nd row seating. As you can see I left a lot of surfaces untreated with this product AND STILL it blocks most of the sound. To note: people recommended getting the roller tools to help install these mats. I got a few of them in different sizes and they worked O K. Not because of the quality of the tool but because some places you need to install these mats in don't have enough clearance to use the tool. That being said, for the larger surfaces, the roller tools help a lot. Also I found it very beneficial to use aluminum tape while installing these. The tape I used is specifically designed for materials that undergo high temperature changes (like your dryer vents, etc.). This wasn't because the mats were not sticky enough but because there were some places I installed the mats with small gaps between them. I'd also recommend getting some kind of fluffy insulation-type material for large spaces that need noise dampening. Rock wool, for example, worked great for me. As an example, the interior sides of the 2nd row seating walls had large spaces between the plastic interior cover and the metal part of the car wall. I'd install the mats on the metal but was left with 6" - 7" of space between it and the plastic cover. I chose to fill those spots (and spots like it) with insulation which provided EVEN MORE noise dampening.

Expensive but worth it
I installed the Siless Max 120 mil sound deadening in my Jeep and the difference was immediately noticeable. It cuts down road noise and vibration a lot, especially on rough pavement and at highway speeds. The cabin feels more solid and less “tinny” overall. The material itself is thick and sticks really well once applied properly. It’s a simple peel-and-stick install, and it molds into panels easily with a roller. For the price, it punches way above its weight compared to more expensive brands.

Great product!
I can say this product makes a huge difference with road noise and is cleaner and easy to work with when applying compared to other mats that cost about the same price.

Very heavy and thick
I purchased mini brands of sound ending and this is by far the heaviest sound deadening I've ever ordered. I'm not installed yet but I have a good feeling that is going to work exceptionally in blocking sound. If weight is a concern for you I would recommend a lighter product however if sound quality and a quiet ride is your priority this is the one for you.

Great for what it does but not a miracle
Sticks well. Definitely thicker and nicer than the Kilmat version. If I were buying again I would just buy more of this, the value is better even though you get less total coverage per pack. Can be cut to size easily, we used a box cutter which got a little gummed but but not too bad. we were able to get it in and around everywhere we needed to put it and it held up well as we were mashing it into weird spots. It doesnt smell hardly at all while being applied and once its on there is no smell whatsoever The product is great for what it is. 4 stars only because I think it gets oversold for how much this alone can do. We did notice a slight reduction in noise but nowhere near the multiple decibels we see claimed everywhere. If your vehicle is mostly quiet but just has that little bit getting through this will probably do wonders, If you have a vehicle where there's significant engine noise in the cabin you'll need more than just this to bring that down.

Good for the cost
Like these. Easy to install. Let the outside temperature get up to 70 degrees or higher, makes them more flexible. I was going to pre-heat them in my wife's oven but she caught me.

I bought the 120 mil. It does seem like 120 mil as compared to Noico 80 mil.
I like it, it worked great. It does not seem to have any bad smell, although it has a slight scent if you put your nose right up next to it (but all brands are like that). FYI if you don't already know, most of the noise comes from the wheel wells so do those first. And you probably don't need to do anything else besides that because 90+ % of all the noise comes from the wheel wells area (from road noise as the tires roll on the road and vibrate the air). Don't bother with the floor, the doors, the trunk, or the roof unless are looking for that last 10% of improvement because you are a car stereo enthusiast (or you like to waste money and do extra work LOL). I put multiple layers of butyl sound mats totalling about 1/4 inch on my four wheel wells (plus about 2 inches farther around the perimeter of the wheel wells), and just a little bit on the front floor (driver and front passenger floor) but I probably didn't even need the floor. The wheel wells made a huge difference. My car had NO sound insulation whatsoever and was horrible to drive on the highway, now it is reasonably quiet. I actually also put alot of sound mats on the middle and back floor, but it didn't make any difference so I removed it. So I recommend a minimum of two 80-mil layers on all four wheel wells, but preferably four layers to total about 1/4 inch. Or use three layers of the 120-mil mats. The more the better, but it seems to me that 1/4 inch is enough to bring the noise down to a reasonable level.

Work for my application
Used this product to deaden a pair of large speaker cabinets, great product to work with, used a pair of metal sheers to cut and trim the material which worked well, cleaned the MDF and it adhered very well too. The speaker cabinets sound much better now, when knocking on them they sound much less empty or hollow, playback sounds cleaner and has less echo as well. Overall very pleased with the outcome. For application I also purchased a metal roller which was a must, I couldn't imagine applying this much by hand alone.

Good and thick.
Insulated my doors for a sound system build. This isolation is effective and easy to install. Using a heat gun makes it stick much better.

Super Sticky
Works fantastic. Super sticky & pliable rubber. Good thickness, really deadens sound. You need to put closed cell foam on top of this product to be most effective. Very happy
