Great Pump and Awesome support from company
I am writing this review after having owned this pump for a few months Pros: Good suction, easy install and it works great overall. Cons: none, other than possible damage from shipping on my first unit. First unit was making a whistle noise, but it seems that was damage from shipping. I reached out and the company sent me out a replacement fast. I would recommend this pump for anyone looking to replace one for an inground pool.

lasted less than 2 years. started leaking from internal seals.

Better than expected
This is our second season with the 2HP pump. With the right tools, I changed it out in a few hours. Granted it did not line up completely as the old pump. I do recommend placing the pump on a rubber mat if you are concerned about vibration and purchase the pump protector hood. Hopefully, I will get another (10) years from it. No leaks, no vibration, no complaints!!!

The inlet was a little taller than my previous pump so plumming was a problem.
I had a professional installer do the job but had to purchase PVC pipe connections to make it work. So far so good just got it running and seems like has same pressure as my old 1 hp pump. This one seems quieter just will have to see how long it holds up. The gallons per hour rating was similar to my old 1 hp which matched my filter.

Pump looks good but shaft seal leak badly.
Pump looks good price was low but shaft seal leak badly. Spent time to install and verify all was correct. Lost 1,000s of gallons of pool water before we noticed problem the next morning. Sent Chinese pump back and paid more for a USA made Hayward Maxflo XE pump. Very impressed with the Hayward, very efficient, suggest to bite the bullet and buy American!!!! You will save on installation time.

Barely lasted a year.
Barley lasted a year and starting leaking from the casing. Canโt even get product support. Stay away from this seller.
