Indicator needle does not line up

Steering column with shifter did not come with any type of instructions. The main issue is that the column shift gear indicator needle his the left side of the PND21 indicator bezel. So when you shift to N it still shows as park, D shows as Neutral, and on down the line. I'm trying to figure out if there is an adjustment but I bought from the wrong company. No tech support.
