Post surgery bra
Bought several. Perfect for post surgery. Zippered front made it easy to get on and off.

Great bra for post surgery
Bought this in preparation for a lumpectomy and glad I did! Perfect amount of compression and material was soft and easy to wear. I strongly suggest using the size guide. I am a 40dd and bought the 3xl as suggested and it was a perfect fit.

Runs small!
Runs small! The sizing is very wrong. I measure 33” so bought a large, which goes up to 35.4”. It was extremely tight and uncomfortable. The zip was also annoying to initially catch to then zip up. Material is good quality and it is well made. Definitely size up!

Smaller Than Expected but Very Comfortable
I just had lumpectomy reconstruction and reduction a week ago. The surgical bra I was sent home in was ok, but not very comfortable. With my doctor's ok, I've been wearing my usual bras from Boody but they've felt a little irritating on the incisions underneath and I've been padding the area with soft socks. I received this surgical bra a couple of hours ago and put it on right away. So far, so good. Here's what I like about it: The band is wide and low, below my incisions, so it's much more comfortable in that way. It's got good coverage in the back, so it doesn't feel like it's digging in on the sides, behind my underarms, or where the band goes around the back. The fabric is smooth and soft. It doesn't seem to be digging in anywhere. The negatives are minor: The removable pads are very firm and made the bra too compressive, but I removed them easily. It's a bit hard to zip up - I had to secure the fiddly little hooks to bring it together first, which brings me to the main point that I want to share. I think it runs small. My "before" bra size was 36C. I ordered Large in this and I think I'd be more comfortable with XL. Yes, there's probably some swelling, but in spite of the features that add comfort, I think this bra will be too snug to sleep in. For wearing as a workout bra, this size would be perfect and very comfortable, but for my recovery I will order more, in size XL.

Functional but some fit issues
I got this bra to wear in the few weeks after I had explant surgery. The bra was a little tighter than I expected and I had to wait until my swelling went down before I could wear it. Even though there is a fabric strip that keeps the zipper from rubbing on your skin, it doesn't always stay in place and that can get uncomfortable. Same with the little tabs that are supposed to cover the bottom and top of the zipper. They don't always stay in place. I think the most frustrating part though is the gathers that are on either side of the zipper; you can't wear a tight-fitting top with the bra because the gathers show through and look very awkward. I thought I would use this as a sports bra even after I was using it post surgery, but it's just too awkward for everyday wear.

The BEST choice for post surgery compression bra
I had surgery and was given 3 suggested sports type bras to purchase for my recovery. I purchased them and found none of them to be comfortable. The cotton ones rubbed me like a rash under the arm and at the band and the cross back ones were uncomfortable for everyday and sleeping. I found this brand in my search and had a sigh of relief once worn. When having a bra on for 2-3 months 24/7 it has to be comfortable The fabric is smooth and silky to the skin and doesn’t catch fabrics of clothes on top. I have this in 3 sizes for various comfort levels for sleep and daywear as I heal. I cannot say enough about the comfort of a tank style vs the crossback style. I have come back for this bra so I have 6 in 3 colors to get me to 6 months of recovery. They keep you in place for shape.

Junk zipper
The zipper does not stay zipped, it unzips from the bottom the second I start moving after putting it on. Sadly I missed the return window because I bought well in advance of my surgery, and now I am in recovery with a bra I can't even wear.

Misleading - READ ME!
This is Saturday as I write and Monday I had my explant surgery. Eager to buy anything online to alleviate any discomfort and supplement what I had to “fit” me during the transition. This bra had been recommended to me through the Dr.’s office that I had the surgery (through the office staff) and I quickly ordered it. When I took my first shower I wanted to switch bras because the one given to me was bulky and seemed subpar. Again, what don’t know? I switched and proceeded to feel so much pressed against my chest. I took two more showers and realized I was feeling dizzy and lightheaded. I kept loosening my ace bandage wraps and feeling no relief. I just sat here tonight, with my surgical given bra compared to the the one I am reviewing and it appears as though the surgical one is 2 inches smaller. Input it in anyway. Turns out that both of them need to strength to reach around the ribcage and latch. The one from Amazon has such a tough stretch that it was actually much more tight.I am a small girl and have been my entire life. I am 5’6 and 130 lbs on a good day. A size 2 in jeans (27) and now an AA cup in bra. I got a medium to be “safe”. And it’s just a warning - because it took me four days to realize, JUST BECAUSE THIS BRA FEELS COMFORTABELE - doesn’t mean it’s working. And even if you’re small like I am, get a large. It said a small would fit me, and I got a medium. Still too tight.I feel less dizzy and lightheaded now that I have returned to the original one.
