If you mean is it a rubber material that will grab...the answer is no. It is a smooth hard plastic that isn't near as bulky as so many of the other cases for this phone.

Does this case interfere with the flip rubber screen stoppers previous cases partially go over a does fit right?

Your question is a little confusing the way that it's worded. However, this case fits my Z Flip 4 perfectly. All of my last 3 Samsung Galaxy phones have had a Spigen case. They have all been a perfect fit and still provided great protection on drops. I hope this answers your question.
