This is excellent for sleep, although valerian and lemon balm do most of the heavy lifting, since this is only 500mg of reishi. Most standard reishi extracts are 1000mg doses, like Real Mushrooms reishi. It is nice after I take an early evening regular dose and then this right at bedtime to be just enough to keep reishi working thru the night, keeping me sleeping the night thru. Perfect for occasional use or even nightly! The price makes it a great sleeping pill since it doesnt leave amy hangover in the morning, and there is no rebound. No bad taste, high quality, and trustworthy brand that makes dual extracts. It does not highlight how many of the important nutrients are in this like their regular reishi extract, but I am assuming they use the same extraction method.

I take this nightly. It works great - I typically fall asleep within 40 minutes of taking it. When I wake up, I'm not drowsy -- in fact, I get up at 5am and work out Monday - Friday!

Wow! I’m torn on this review. While the product was shipped quickly and arrived exactly as advertised and works really well, I can’t seem to get past the terrible smell. As soon as you open the bottle, a very foul smell is emitted and it hangs around for awhile. The strange thing is that when you shake one of the capsules into your hand, it doesn’t smell, and when popping it into my mouth, it doesn’t taste bad. But once I smell my palm afterwards, it smells horrible. Sour. And when my kids happen to come into my bathroom after I’ve put the lid back on the bottle, they literally gag at the smell. I’m not sure why the bottle emits such a wretched smell, but because it doesn’t taste bad, has no after-taste and because it actually does help me go to sleep, I gave it 4 stars. Not sure I’d buy it again tho…

I loved how this product relaxed my mind and body and allowed me to have a restful sleep without making me feel groggy or out of it like some products do. This is a really good product to use if you suffer from insomnia or can't stay asleep throughout the night. I woke up feeling so good and refreshed, and that hasn't happened for me in a long time.

I don’t have an issue falling to sleep, but I have an issue getting quality sleep. I’ve actually learned more about this from a smart watch, which was nice to see because I was concerned for myself when I would get long nights of sleep and still be so tired upon waking up. So far, it seems these capsules do help me get restful sleep. I haven’t used them for very long yet, but from the short time I have been, I wake up feeling far less tired than I normally do!

WOW!!!!! After 8 months of Insomnia for the first time in my life and trying EVERYTHING!!! Cold plunging, acupuncture, yoga, breathing tequniques….This worked in days. I am 60 and could get to sleep but could not stay asleep. I am beyond grateful!! There are a lot of reishi mushroom formulas but I chose this one because of the way they are sourced, cost and small business owner as I am!!! What a blessing!!!!

These pills did nothing for me. They are not effective.

Absolutely no oder, large capsules. I had results from mushroom, but sleep aid, not so much. Felt more grounded. I don't sleep well, toss & Turner. No help her for that.
