The picture is of the Oak pellets smoking in a smoke tube. Theae lasted about 2 hours for one fill of a 12" smoke tube. It lit well with a propane torch and burned for 5 minutes then I blew them out. They smoked well for about 2 hours and only left a little ash in the tube and not any pellets. I like the Oak pellets. It does not cover you or your meat in pungent sweet smoke. It added just the right amount of smokey flavor to the ribs. They were shipped quickly in a secure box and when I transfered them out of the plastic bab into my storage cans and one baggie. There was very little dust, dirt or crumble. Just clean Oak pellets. Very good quality.

I have been using the smoke pellets using the snake method with a Weber/kettle style grill and it works great. Imparts a great smoke flavor to your foods at a really low temp.

I have tried lots of different brands of pellets, from expensive blends to cheap discount store clearance items. These pellets compare very favorably to the more expensive brands, such as Bear Mountain or RecTec. They are very uniform in size, maintain very steady temperatures while burning, and burn hit enough to maintain grilling temps. On the other end, they produced a rich fragrant smoke at low temps, and no harsh flavor in my bark. Ash production was about average. No complaints, would purchase again.

Exactly as described size wise, long lasting pellets that emit the perfect amount of smoke for a perfect flavor profile with your meat. Best brand I have found 10 fold for our pellet smoker! Low dust content in comparison to other brands.

I have been waiting to be able to get oak pellets that are made from "post, white, american, northern oak" wood varieties. You have been able to get it in chunks or chips but not pellets. Such a refined, more flavorful smoke flavor than your average oak. Pictured is a Brisket I did on a rotisserie, a 12 hour smoke and the flavor was incredible! I have used White/Post oak chunks on my charcoal grill with fantastic results. The pellets are a perfect complement to my smoking recipes! I highly recommend it!
