Feeling so much better after taking for a couple month

Really great B Complex. I researched many B Complex formulas and this one by far is the most potent and bioavailable. I have that MHTFR gene mutation and cannot process/methylate folic acid. These have been great! I take one or two first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have no problem at all with it upsetting my stomach. In the past I have had bad experiences with lesser quality B vitamins upsetting my stomach and making me extremely nauseous. I have had no problem at all with this brand. I have been taking them a while now and notice a slight increase in energy (without any jitters) and well being. More so than any other B Complex. The only thing I am not thrilled about is that these are now owned by Nestle. To which I will continue to search for a better or even equivalent formula. But for now, these really are the better than the others I tried from Thorne, Douglas Labs, and Integrative Therapeutics (which is a really close second).

All went well, took a little longer on shipment than I expected, but all is good.
