So what you are asking is will a 0.43 watt motor power a 10 watt requirement. The answer is no. I got 20 RPM motor: no load at 12V ~100mA. No load start-up < 200mA. If you put intermittent heavy load, then i measure > 2A. I worked great and the output will vary based on your load and speed, so it will probably have a lower voltage than 12v at 200RPM. You'll want to put it through a full bridge rectifier with a capacitor in parallel to produce a DC voltage, however the diodes and capacitor will also drop your voltage.
