This ramp is a great height for our couch. And the slope is perfect for our mini dachshund. It expanded within a day mostly to the shape its supposed to be. One of the back corners seems to be missing some foam, as pictured, but it doesn't seem to affect the integrity of the ramp. The main reason for the lower rating is because the cover came stained which is concerning to me. It also doesn't fit quite right - it's kind of wonky and the corduroy part doesn't line up exactly with the top of the ramp.Update: I was sent a new cover that is much better. In great condition and fits perfectly. The ramp has been working great. Will probably purchase another for our other couch.

I am SO disappointed by these stairs. I have the 4-step version from this brand, so I expected these to be the same good quality. They aren’t. First problem: upon opening the brand new white cover, it is SO DIRTY!! It looks like it has been ran over with a car… it has a huge black footprint/tire mark going down the center!! And some brown dirt-like substance!! Second problem: the stairs seem to be defective! After a week of inflating, the bottom stair still will NOT lay flat and touch the ground. The back of the stairs have multiple permanent creases in them, which could be partly responsible for the stairs not completely unfolding/inflating. My guess is that these have been vacuum-sealed too long or too tightly. My other stairs do not have this problem. The worst part about this entire purchase? You can’t return them. They are vacuum-sealed into the delivery box, so there is absolutely no way to put these back in the box, or any box for that matter. So now I am out quite a bit of money, and am stuck with defective stairs and a dirty, used cover that I refuse to clean (because that’s just gross). Even if I could look past the defective stairs, I cannot look past a used, unsanitary, destroyed white cover. Overall just a bad purchase and a lot of time and money wasted on this.

We purchased the stairs so that our Dachshund could get up and down off of the bed and couch easily to prevent back issues. She took to the stairs immediately and love them. They are just perfect for her! However, we are disappointed to see that after paying $76 for the stairs, the covering (white) came stained. The stain stands out so much! We reached out to customer service to see if we could get a new covering but was told we could not. We would have to send everything back in order for them to send out a replacement. We live overseas and it can take 2-4 weeks before we receive our items. In addition, our dog enjoys using the stairs so much now (literally up and down them since we set up the stairs) that it's not worth it to send everything back when the stairs themselves are perfectly fine. It'd cost the company less to just send a replacement covering, but it seems like that's too much for them to do. I'll just have to deal with the stain I guess, which is disappointing.

This is my 4th time purchasing this product- the first three were great! This one the foam doesn’t lie flat and there is a stain in the cover :(Edit- they reached out to me and offered to send me a brand new set! Since it was only the cover I had the biggest issue with I didn’t feel right accepting a new set, but they are sending me a new cover. Amazing customer service!

My dog and I absolutely love this Topmart 3 tiered Ramp/steps combo! The ramp-steps are so much easier for my elderly dog to use than traditional 'step' shaped steps which previously she had been struggling to use. I have a 13 year old little 6 llb. Maltese girl who we adopted last year. She has a back problem & knee problem. But now she can easily get up and down from our 15.5" inch high Danish modern style sofa all by herself with ease using her beautiful ramp/steps. I got the lightest color to make it easier for her to see it because her vision isn't so sharp at night. In the beginning I had a problem with white cover at first. I searched and found a way to contact Topmart itself through Amazon, and Topmart responded right away & they put a new cover in the mail to me, I received the cover and it's perfect. Thank You!
