Excellent purchase that has clean, simple ingredients. Highly recommend this! Tasted yummy when I had my 1hr glucose test. Like a light homemade lemonade 🍋 Make sure you ask your provider or midwife if they allow this in your area. Brought a glass mason jar with a visible 10oz reading on the side for them to mix. Used this as a more natural substitute for the gross, high preservative, dyed glucola drink given by my provider for the GD diagnostic test. I wish I had used it for the screening test too! The glucola drink gave me a headache and acid reflux, and I think it may have led to a false positive for the screening test (although false positives are more common than true positives in this test anyway…). For the diagnostic test, I brought this pack into my OB and gave researched reasons why I wanted to use this option. Thankfully she let me use it and noted the change in the lab order.This product tastes like a lime electrolyte drink. It’s tasty, has no annoying side effects, and gave accurate results. I’m definitely getting it for the next pregnancy!

If you have to do the glucose test while pregnant this worked really well. I was told the glucose test was disgusting and someone recommended getting this as it was all-natural. I checked with my Ob/Gyn first to make sure they would accept it for the test and they did (provided it was unopened) and it tasted like a sweet-ish lemonade. The only suggestion is to buy the 50oz not the 100oz unless you bring a measuring cup with you!

First Pregnancy. Was given Glucose drink. Chose Orange Flavoring, no coloring was added so it was a clear liquid. Drank it, gross but not unbearable.Blood work came back, needed to re-test. Went back for 2nd round - they up the dosage was planning to wait at clinic for 2-3 hrs for blood work. Opted for Lime flavoring, again clear liquid.Threw up right after finishing. The Receptionist that watched the Whole thing, explained to my Husband “Don’t worry, This happens ALL THE TIME”!?I had to prick my finger for a week, multiple times a day, to read my blood sugar levels. Then I passed.Second Pregnancy, wasn’t jazzed about Glucose Test again. Then. I Found This ABSOLUTE GEM 🤟🏼Called OB-GYN office, cleared it with my Doc.The morning of test I had a High Protein Breakfast & a Cup of Ice water. Went to OBGYN office to show them Fresh Test and basically give them back their drink.Ma👏🏻Ma’s👏🏻 The receptionist said to my face “These Glucose drinks, never Expire. I’m so Happy when Mom’s do their research and opt for natural ways!”You are Growing a Beautiful Baby in your Elasti-girl body! Please do not consume substances that never expire! There is a Better Way! You have to find it! It will not find you! 💯The powder is the same dosage as the doctors give you. Bring your fav water bottle with cold water! Add the powder. This tastes like Country Time Lemonade. I finished drinking it a full minute, earlier than the time limit given. Blood work came back, Passed with Flying Colors 🎉

This is a great alternative to the pregnancy glucose test offered in the doctors office. I was recommended this product with my first pregnancy because the glucose drinks in the doctors office made me nauseous. This powder was easy to mix and follow instructions. The overall taste was better and I didn’t have any nausea.

What a huge difference with regular glucose test they give you at the office!! I remember when I was pregnant first time I hardly could tolerate regular drink, it’s been 5 years I still remember like yesterday how horrible it was. This one is just such a big difference!! Tastes just like my morning lemon water with a bit of sweetness - I loved so much that it was not that sweet and didn’t have any artificial taste! Delicious, healthy - I’m so happy I looked into this alternative! Will definitely recommend to all my pregnant friends

My OB recommended this drink when I asked about substituting the nasty, chemically filled one they offer. It was actually really tasty! I’ve been so picky about tastes this pregnancy but it was actually refreshing, even with warm temp water.
