Most bras sit right on the incisions and after a while even cotton doesn't feel good any more. But the nylon in this bra is incredibly soft and the bottom is delightfully free of elastic squeezing on the most tender spots. There has been criticism over support but this does not claim to be a high impact bra, it's a yoga bra. It provides enough support to keep my post surgical girls happy, and the price is good enough for me. The zipper works smoothly, and inside the zipper there is a single clasp to help get it together before you zip. At the top of the zipper in the second picture there is also a small material flap that the zipper pull tucks into to keep it from flapping while you work out. At first I thought everything was fitting fine but that was because I had an acewrap around my boobs. When the ace wrap came off I desired some compression and this was just a tad too loose for my liking. If you are a true medium (like I thought I was) I believe I would go to a smaller size if you want it snug.I still wear this bra quite often because it is very silky and comfortable, I just know it won't be tight. I just use it for lounge wear around the home, which seems to work just fine.
