Pretty Junky
Poorly constructed, the magnets contact the flywheel at the higher resistance settings. Removed the cover to inspect and the magnet arm pivot point needs to be shifted outward some (not possible without welding/redrilling holes). There was also significant misalignment between the flywheel and magnet arm. The resistive load is not near as high as I was expecting. This could be due to the misalignment/gap though. There’s also a lot of slop between the wheels and axles. The price doesn’t match the fit/quality.

Had defects. Customer service wont answer
Mine arrived with 2 big flaws. The first being one of the tires is unable to be inflated because the valve stem is too far in. The second flaw is that the handles on one side are completely uneven due to bad machining on one of the arms. I have tried to contact signature fitness several times, but they are not answering or returning calls or emails. Junk product from a junk company

Signature Fitness is a disappointment
This arrived damaged. One axle is bent, and the wheel on that axle is dented. I tried calling the support line. It disconnects. I emailed the Support team. No reply. Tried again. No reply. One more time, since the 3rd time is the charm. Crickets. I've bought 2 different SF items. Both arrived damaged. NEVER AGAIN. The resistance is meh, at best. I'm no strongman, but adding plates is a must to really feel the burn on this. I figured I'd gotten what I paid for. But, I didn't pay for a damaged item. Do better Signature Fitness.

It became a 150LB piece of metal
I bought this on walmart for $400. I had it for about 2-3 weeks, using it about 3-4 days per week. Sometime in the third week, the resistance stopped. I open it up, and one of the gear wheels needed replacing. I emailed the company for a warranty, but they said to just take it back to walmart since it's still within the refund window. Had to lug that 150LB metal back to walmart (didn't have the box any longer). I rather not go through the hassle with beyond poor customer service that won't back up their products.
