This camping chair has been one of my best gear purchases. It’s lightweight and super easy to carry around, but at the same time it feels really sturdy—I’m around 300 lbs and it holds me comfortably with no wobbling or sinking. I keep it in my car so I always have it handy, whether I’m out camping, at the park, or just need a seat somewhere. It folds up compact, sets up in seconds, and doesn’t take up much space, which makes it perfect for keeping on the go. What’s great is that it’s basically a more affordable version of the REI Flexlite, Helinox Chair Zero, or the OneTigris Tigerblade—same convenience and comfort, just easier on the wallet. If you’re looking for a chair that’s both convenient and solidly built for bigger folks, this one is a winner.

While the chair may not be the most lightweight, it held my 5'7, 195 lb frame (including my large butt) for a three-day camping weekend. The chair offers back support and is higher off the ground than similar chairs (which is great for my knees). I only wish I had taken the chair to the beach earlier in the summer. I'm looking forward to using the chair more in the future. This was a good bang for the buck!

These are so lightweight that even your littles can carry their own chairs. I love that they take up practically no space at all in the garage and the car trunk! They’re surprisingly comfortable, sturdy chairs. You way want a small lumbar support pillow if you have any back issues, but I think that’s normal with pretty much all camping chairs. Assembly is a bit confusing the first time you do it, but after that it’s a cinch. ( Your littles will definitely NOT be able to assemble on their own. Sorry. : )
