As a relative newcomer to the PC scene I needed a cheap hard drive to store my GoG classics on without filling up the internal drive- this is perfect for the job both in ease of use, build quality and reliability terms.I like it so much I may add a few more as my GoG addiction grows!

It connects to xbox series s and powers up it just doesn't appear in my storage devices i don't know why

disappointing on two fronts.
i bought the 1 terabyte to specifically store data from one video game on Xbox series X, unfortunately, it only works as a data transfer or backup device rather than actual storage due to hardware limitations, i feel this should be mentioned in the product description, though this is more due to the console. also, when i first plugged it in, its storage capacity was shown as being less than 940 GB, rather than 1 TB. i will be keeping it however, as i can always use it for backups if needed, and i would recommend it for that purpose, but it just didn't meet my specific requirements
