The charging element is very cheap and the prongs bend easily. I can no longer use the bracelet because I am unable to charge it.I contacted the seller and they wanted to give me a discount when I bought a new bracelet. I told them I did not a discount, I just wanted them to replace the charging element. They even asked me to take pictures of the bracelet and the charger. As an avid runner I keep track of my statistics and unfortunately have gaps in my data as a result of this inferior product.
