Fox Racing Proframe Mountain Bike Helmet, BLOCKED Eucalyptus, Small

This is my second Fox Pro-frame Full Face MTB Bike Helmet and hopefully my last. Last week I took the hardest hit of my MTB career, I went over the handlebars at a high rate of speed while in the air going over a jump. The helmet took the total impact with little to no impact to my head. Helmet was a total loss however I was able to walk away with only cuts, bumps and bruises. I would highly recommend this helmet as it did a great job protecting my brain. THANK YOU FOX!!!!

With so many options out there, it's hard to pay this much for a helmet. However if you compare this to a hospital visit, it's not really expensive, plus you'll actually use this helmet. As a motocross rider I'm used to heavy helmets which obstruct your vision and trap your breath when you are panting. The Proframe is like wearing an open-face helmet, it's just as light, and there is zero obstruction of air, which means panting after a hard ride won't fog up my sunglasses, the air flows freely through the gaping openings. I can even squirt my water bottle through the front opening without taking the helmet off. That brings me to my second point, the clasp alone is worth a fortune. I hate hate hate double D-Rings, they take forever to get on and off. This clasp is like magic. It magnetically closes with almost no effort, and comes apart with a simple gesture, yet does NOT come apart by accident. Why doesn't every helmet have this?!! On a final note, my head size is between small and medium, but I hate cheekpads that squish my face like Aunt Ruth, so I bought a medium and selectively replaced padding so it fit snug without the fishy face. The helmet comes with all the default padding, and a complete second set of thicker pads that effectively allow it to go down a size. Brilliant. Finally, this helmet looks darn cool when you wear it. I know it's a lot of money, but a helmet is a critical piece of equipment that you'll have a long time, and this is the one.

Man oh man did this thing save my butt (or more accurately my face) today! I took my first over the handlebars dive on my mountain bike today and went face first into the dirt. This helmet performed exactly like i would expect it too. Likely would have jaw or facial trauma without it. Thanks for a great product, Fox!

I jetski on a modified Yamaha hvso. In Singapore the waves are fairly unpredictable with the wake from container ship traffic.I needed a lightweight helmet with great airflow.This helmet did not disappoint.The chin protection is second to none. I smashed the chin guard onto the handle bars so often its not funny. And the guard is still solid as.Keeps me cool with great airflow. Only downside is the visor isn't much use and i get a very strange shape panda sunburn pattern after a day out on the water.The chin strap is very easy to attach. But I do worry that with a big enough impact it would detach.It comes with 3 different sizes of foam pads. My head is super size so I needed XL. I went with the smallest pads and was quite snug.

This thing is comfortable, has replaceable pads for size adjustment and is very well ventilated. I had no issues feeling suffocated while wrenching up a long steep climb. The Fox Dropframe Helmet is my go-to when i need the protection of a full face!

it did take some practice to get the strap adjusted correctly and stable but once that was completed it worked great. mega air flow. My son uses it to race BMX. he has raced for 5+ years and this is by far and away the best helmet he has ever worn. He also uses it on his mountain bike and will be great on his Dirt Jumper (yet to purchase) as this helmet provides the safety of a full face helmet and close to the air flow of a half shell. The greatest asset may be the extension to peripheral vision that is blocked by all other full face helmets.

Excelente casco, por su peso ligero, su diseño que deja respirar muy bien, y mantiene la cabeza fresca, lo único que observo de esta casco es que no tiene un sistema de ajuste al tamaño de la cabeza, aunque trae las almohadillas cambiables de diferentes tamaños para esto, creo que el sistema de ajuste mejoraría la comodidad.

Superleichter, angenehm zutragen, man bekommt durch die vielen Lufteinlässe massig Luft und überlegt 2 mal, habe ich wirklich einen Fullfacehelm auf.Durch die mitgelieferten zusätzlichen Polstereinsätze, kann man den Helm perfekt auf seinen Kopf abstimmen, deshalb auch volle 5Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Schnell geliefert von BMO. Guter Preis für einen Top Helm.Passt sehr gut. Ist leicht mit rund 750 gr und stark belüftet.Durch die mitgelieferten Pads kann der Helm optimal angepasst werden.Bin sehr zufrieden.

Wollte den Helm eigentlich zurückschicken da die Qualität nicht die Beste ist. Verarbeitung für diesen Preis echt nicht gut. Kleberreste, Gussnähte, Scharfe Kanten. Helm wird in der Farbe ROT-SCHWARZ-WEISS teilweise schon um 170 Euro verkauft. Da würde die Preis- Leistung auch passen. Wollte aber unbedingt Schwarz und daher keine Option für mich in ROT-SCHWARZ-WEISS zu kaufen. Warum der Fox Proframe in Schwarz am teuersten in weis ich nicht. Größe M bei einem Kopfumfang von 58 cm fast zu Klein. Aber mit Anpassung geht es. Darum behalte ich den Fox. Händler hätte ihn auch zurück genommen was sehr Gut ist.
