I was SHOCKED at that. I would recommend having Plumbing Tongue and Groove Pliers on hand just in case you need to tighten, but in my single case I did not need them.As for the shower head, it is great. But the second one was perfect, and hubby much appreciated his birthday/Father's Day gift. It took less than half an hour for him to change the old one for the new one, and we both enjoy it very much.I can't give a rating for 'longevity' yet, as it's only been installed for less than two months. If and when it stops working (which I hope won't be for a while!)
