Dr Pickart's book is excellent. More information than his last book. I have been using his products for over 15 years. I add different things here and there in my skincare but mostly use his products. I am so very happy I did. When I was in the hospital recently the nurse came to correct my age as it had been entered incorrectly. When I said no and showed her my driver's license she was amazed and went and brought others including a doctor. Gave them all the website. This is the real deal. No BS. When sick no make up on and people seriously think you are 10 to 12 years younger than you are there is no reason to use anything else.

This is a nice review of skin biology and a tantelizer for the promise of GHK-Cu in human biology, but unfortunately, there is little to no practical advice on copper biology in the human, what forms to take, what amounts to take, what to take! Or even how to apply their product.

I bought this book so that I could find out more about Copper Peptides. There has been a great deal of study done on the Peptide, and this book certainly covers it all. It is quite detailed if you are interested in a quick read about Copper Peptides, then it isn't for you. I understand that the author has gone into detail (as one does who has been in a lab), so that he has all his information "backed up", therefore proving his knowledge. To be honest, I loved the book, but I have a background in the health sciences.

What an insightful book for all those who want to do something about their hair and skin, learning the true science behind it, rather than what the beauty industry tells you. You can't buy their products on Amazon so order through skin biology America for the correct products.

Informative and well written. Unfortunately, my skin is very sensitive and broke out in a rash when I began using a peptide. I wish the book had mentioned that this could happen.
