It’s effective against “Flukes” (Trematodes) and I verified three things across 5 test tanks. (I have a lot of tanks hahaha). First I verified I had flukes as a single / sole infestation. Then I treated most of my tanks properly following instructions and then rechecked with my microscope confirming clearance. [x] However: In my Oscar tank I unintentionally did NOT do a second treatment and concluded that the first treatment was not enough. That was ENTIRELY on me. But I confirmed it worked. I bought this to treat my tank after adding some new guppies. Within 2 days of adding a dose to my tank, 90% of my shrimp have died. I was under the impression it was safe for invertebrates. Buyer beware.
