Good product. The rod fits three plates. I wish it was a bit longer to fit a fourth one, but you can find ways to add more weight.

I wish the strap was a bit longer, however this is a very nice product that I have worked out with every single day, doing 1,000 reps per week.. Which Iโm seeing massive results, armwrestling some of my coworkers, most of them are much larger than me and always win.. not this time. Now after doing constant training with this, I have been able to dominate. Highly recommend this for armwrestling training.

Great, but strap cuts skin
Itโs great and I train back pressure, pronation etc with it and itโs working great. One problem is the strapโs edge cuts into my skin on the hand and it hurts, my hands look like I secretly kill people daily cause they look messed up. Make the straps edges softer and it would be perfect
