Going through the typical, middle aged identity crisis, it was great to focus on my personal preferences, achievements, family history and dreams. I loved the sections where you could add photos. I also found the palettes useful. She also included examples of her own answers, which of course, were adult ones. When I finished the book, I felt really good about myself. Not bad for $8 worth of therapy! Highly recommend. If Ms. Volinski creates a similar interactive coloring book for women, I will be the first to buy it.

Super cute!
I ordered this as well as another one as a gift for my older flower girl. It seemed to be very adorable when it came in and had plenty of cute pages to fill out and color. Didn't get a pic before I gave it to her. Excellent quality--would recommend as a gift for any girl!!

Wonderfully book for imaginations.
This is wonderful, it has cute illustrations and my daughter loves it. It's like a little diary for her and she loves to doodle in it and make things up. It's very imaginative and is great quality.
