What a relief
My hands get hot and hurt quite often and these mittens just calm them down.

This is so cool - literally and figuratively!
Be prepared to be chilled to the bone. This glove gets very cold so it takes some getting used to but it does bring relief.

Keeps cool compression on hands and wrist - good if you only have 1 hand injured
This ice pack has been wonderful! However, a few things to note: 1. It can get very very cold, once it is 'warm' enough to put your hand in, it only stays cool for a very short time. This, in my experience, while frustrating, was offset by the helpful compression and comfort. 2. Size and length of fingers makes it impossible to type. I bought two different sizes and the fingers come up too far to my finger tips. The size M fits with swollen fingers and wrist just barely, so getting size S for shorter fingers just won't work. The size L works for severely swollen hands and fingers. 3. The elastic band is fine, but it is EXCRUTIATINGLY painful to undo the hook and loop fastening to take it off, if both hands are in pain. I have to ask a co-worker to take it off for me.In a very bad, prolonged Rheumatoid Arthritis flare, these have helped me tremendously, despite the size issue and design flaw of the wrist closure. With the information above, I'd recommend them if you have an injury or arthritis, but if you have RA or another disease that affects both hands, it isn't really a good thing for people (picture: in the middle of the night trying in pain and desperation to get the thing off their wrist...)

Is super large glove-doesn't work for small female hands
This is a very well made glove and I really like the gel and it also gets really really cold and for me stayed cold, but the only draw back was that it is huge--I mean my fingers get totally engulfed in it and rather than have any tips of my fingers out (which is why I purchased it so that I could still do stuff), instead, my fingers are completely covered, so I have to just sit there and wait rather than use it while still working on things. The female in the photo depicting the product must have really, really incredibly long fingers (either that or mine are incredibly short, which I don't think that they are). But at any rate, it still helps with icing hands.

One of the best Amazon purchases
I have pretty bad arthritis in my hands, and this is super convenient. It also stays cold for the 20 minutes that I need it. The fact that I don't have to hold an icepack wrapped around my hand is a game changer. I have small to medium hands and it is perfectly snug for me.

PAIN RELIEF!
Straight from the freezer it’s a bit hard for me to keep on my hand. I put it on and take it off a couple of times before I can leave it on because it’s SO COLD! It works really good on my sore thumb and joint I’ve been experiencing problems with.

No ice on SIDES of fingers...
This glove has no "ice material" on the sides of fingers. The entire reason I purchased a glove ice-pack, instead of a mitten ice-pack (which I have), is to ice the SIDES of my fingers. I previously purchased another glove on here, which is great! I wanted a second one so I could ice both hands at once, or so I could have one freezing while using the other. So I thought I would try a different brand, to see if maybe it would stay cold longer. I never even used this one. I am returning it and just bought the other brand again (black glove, with little rubber dots on it). So, if you need ice all around your fingers, then I would not recommend this glove.
