How big is it and how many ounces does it hold?

The Coldwave's dimensions are Dimensions: 5.5″ x 5.5″ x 6.25″ (about the size of a quart of icecream), and it can cool 16 ounces of liquid with the core inserted. The unit takes just an hour to freeze and yields two cooling batches per use.

Will the pitcher fit under a keurig so coffee can be brewed directly into it?

I brew directly into my Keurig with it !

How do you clean between the pillers? Do they make a smaller version? My freezer is small and this would not fit easily.

I'm guessing just warm water and soap. I only know of one size. You can store it sideways in your freezer.

What are the dimensions of just the insert? Since only that needs to go in the freezer, I am trying to figure out if it will fit on my side door.

First, I wouldn't take the insert out. The pitcher wouldn't fit in the door. I have to put it in my freezer sideways. It's really a neat thing and holds 16 oz. of liquid.
