Very complete set and works very well. Especially impressed considering the price. I used it to replace the usb connector inside a corded mouse to make the cable shorter for use with my laptop. Would definitely recommend.

A bit tricky to use and learn, but fantastic set for shortening rc servo, battery and other cables.

It works great with molex micro fit 3.0 pins (tiny) using 24 gauge wire. Out of 42 pins, I only had to redo 3, because i hadn't pushed the wire far enough into the pin. The ratchet is great because it allows you to stabilize the pin so you can push the wire in. The crimped connections are solid.

The quality of the tools and connector shells are all great. My disappointment with this item is there are no instructions on how to load the connector pins into the crimping tool. It is not at all obvious which end faces which side of the crimper. But it does make a difference since the wire crimp is different from the insulation crimp. And the connector pins are so tiny (as the have to be) that it is difficult to see. Which generally means some trial and error is necessary. So far I am not getting a fully successful crimp using the JST XH connectors, but will make more attempts. I haven't counted the connector pins included, but it would be very appropriate in my opinion if the supplier provided several extra pins due to the inevitable crimp failures.

The tool is quality the box is too. Enjoy a good project with this.

I just received this crimper and have only crimped a few pins. I am so happy and excited by this crimper I just had to write a review. The crimps are perfect. I have been looking for an affordable general crimper for small pins for 15 years. I have bought many and have been disappointed. This one is wonderful. The first pin I tried to crimp was a JST GH 1.25mm pitch pin. Anyone who has tried to crimp these pins know just how difficulted it is to get a decent crimp. I own the JST $1100 crimper that only crimps the GH pins. Even with that tool it is not easy to get a good crimp. This PEBA 1020M made a perfect crimp on my first try. The picture of blue wire is a JST GH pin and was my first attempt using this crimping tool and it was perfect. I purchased the tool specifically to crimp JST ZH 1.5mm pins and it does a perfect job with those also. See the pictures with the red wires. The channels are deep, the pin stays aligned as it is crimped, and it crimps both the wire and insulation at the same time. Thanks for making such a wonderful and affordable crimper for small pins.

Me ha gustado la calidad del producto, incluida la caja de plástico rojo muy bien pensada. Lo que no me ha gustado es el manual, está en inglés, pero con las fotografías te puedes apañar sin tener que traducir.
