This really works but only in a well darkened room. The lights inside the balloons, no matter how you inflate them, do not stay attached to the inside wall of the balloon. This leaves the little lighting elements rolling around inside of the balloons & keeps them from effectively lighting the entire balloon. The lights themselves flash which isn't always the effect you are looking for either & aren't that bright.
