My PCP suggested "more fiber" for recurring constipation & diarrhea. I chose these because they were a good price and seemed to fit the bill.Boy, did they work well. Symptoms went from painful and uncontrollable to not a problem within a week.As with ALL medications, ask your health care professional before starting use, but in my case, these make my life much more comfortable.

Fist off I'll start with a bit of background. I'm not the most regular person in the world and for me most of these supplements go straight to the trash. The best way to help my flow is usually with a laxative, but I'd rather not start depending on those either. I've used this product since Dec of 2022 just to make sure it could do what I needed it to and I can promise, it helps. I've haven't need any help in months.I can definitely recommend these!

I like the convenience of apple cider vinegar, fenugreek, turmeric curcumin, ginger root and black pepper, along with the benefits of psyllium husk, all in one product. The capsules are easy to swallow and the results have been great, so far!

I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks, but I've had to issues with the product so far. My main purpose for taking this is to benefit from the multi-ingredients, and for multiple reasons. The ingredients came recommended, and until I get the numbers back on my next Dr.'s visit I won't truly be able to know if hey are doing their job or not. I certainly hope so, but so far I'm feeling good and looking forward to good news.

I was taking another supplement in which psyllium husk was the sole ingredient and had to take 5 capsules. These have more fiber and more ingredients that I like incorporated, and they work. I hope the price stays this cheap!

Take this every night as instructed and feel off when miss a day. This product has been very helpful with digestion.

I have been buying Psyllium Husk for years. I bought this product due to still having digestive issues. Since it also includes apple cider vinegar with other things specific to this issue, I thought I would give it a try. So far so good… it seems to be helping. Capsules are pretty small too which is an added bonus.

It took a day or two to notice any changes but it's definitely smoothed out my trips to the toilet. No more pushing or excessively loose stools, it makes it consistent from one movement to the next

I found that this product caused me constipation even though following the instructions strictlyI had changed from another brand which had been very successful in resolving toilet issues for the last 6 to 8 weeksFoolishly I changed brands because this product was cheaper but has created 3 days of struggles so I have returned the product as I was really unhappy and not game to keep using it
