This product really works for me. I am prone to coughing, and it gets out of control at times. (I have had a coworker IM me from another aisle, asking me if I was doing the crappie flop on the floor). I can take one of these, and avert a coughing fit I feel coming on. I highly recommend.

I think they are old stock. I cannot find a date on the bottle. The gel-cap wall seems thick and the content small -- perhaps from content soaking into wall. But when I crush it well between my molars and slow drink it down with a few ml water, it works just fine on the tickle and the scratch, and swallowed it settles a nervous tummy. DxMet will work internally for long term relief, but I have not had need of these for that to know.

The label says "Peel for Instructions" but when you peel back the label, the back side is blank. That information is provided on the Amazon page for this item but not on the bottle.
