Somewhat weird taste. And from what I can remember from another brand I bought from, there shouldn’t be a taste. I could be mistaken though. The other brand I bought from, I can’t remember the name, but it was a little, round, black container. Does the trick tho, no matter the taste.

Extremely bad smell do not buy it’s not pure
Extremely strong sulfur smell like rotten eggs when mixed with water indicating it’s not pure product smells almost like sewage I would like to know what they’re burning to get the charcoal tbh

It not only stinks when wet it leaves a stinks on you and everything else when washed too rhonly reason o gave 1 star was because I couldn't give it a zero

Be careful!!!
I have been using it internally until reading the reviews recently. Nowhere on the bag does it say its for external use only!! I have emailed the manufacturers and they dont reply. Waste of money and it may be unsafe!!!
