Customer service and tech support both went above and beyond my expectations. I had some issues and they walked me right through the fix step by step. The video quality is amazing plus the mobile app makes it easy to monitor the system while I'm not at the shop. Definitely would recommend and buy this system again.

What a blessing to work with customer support, had a hard drive issue, not only did " Alejandro " from customer support at GW security handle the issue, he was patient and worked with me as we troubleshot the problem...customer support is key to any purchase,...Kuddos to Alejandro!! as well they did the warranty on the product...i will purchase again!

The system was installed in the late summer 2021 and immediately there were issues. The two way audio is useless in an outdoor environment. Even when shouting into the microphone of the phone using the app, the audio from the cameras is so soft no one is able to hear you. The noise coming through the camera microphone from any wind makes it nearly impossible to hear anything. So, the audio feature is not useful, if that is important to you.The cameras began to fail and half are now no longer working. When you attempt to call for tech support you will wait 30 minutes to hear that they are having higher than normal call volume and you can request a call back. The call back never happens. I have no idea of why the cameras stopped. It is not an issue with the wiring or the NVR, due to the fact if I take a working camera and move it to a non-working location it will still work. That tells me the issue is not the port, the wire or the NVR but the camera that is being replaced.The images from the camera, when they work, are decent. The only issue is due to the low FPS any movement is basically a blur. It is impossible to read a license plate if the vehicle is moving. If it is stopped and at the correct angle, then the plate will be readable. Unless it is at night and the brake or tail lights are on. The rear lights of a vehicle overwhelm the camera and prevent it from seeing the license plate.I have ordered another 4k system from a different manufacturer and have hopes that it will not be as disappointing as this one. I wish someone had written an honest review after using the system before I spent nearly $2,000 on it because I would not have spent that much on such a poor quality video/audio security system.
