This stuff works great!!. For anyone who owns a camp trailer you know that there’s always going to be some leaks and recently I had a leak in the seal of my roof that I was able to seal up just fine with this clear silicone. I have also used it all around the windows of my camper And it holds up well. I recommend having a tube available for those small jobs that pop up. It goes on easily and because it is clear, you can hardly see it. It makes a smooth and even line and easy to clean up if you do it before it sets. Helps to keep mold from forming from water leaks!!

Bottom line: I did a half-hearted wipe down of the sunroof seal area, and then did a quick and dirty bead around the entire seal. This caulk is easy to work with and stays forgiving just long enough to lay a bead and then finger-smooth it so it looks pretty. It was fully dry about a half hour after applying, and we had a rainstorm that night and it was already up to the task. The sunroof never leaked again. So, I can't promise you'll have the same results as me with virtually NO prep, but at the very least this should reinforce the notion that this product really works, especially if you put in the prep time. Long story: A few years ago, I had a leaky sunroof on a 2009 GTI that the dealer couldn't completely fix. I eventually got fed up with the process and caulked it shut. A few months back, my wife's 2007 Highlander developed a leak in the sunroof as well, and rather than throw money away on drain cleanings/inspections/etc, I went straight to the permanent solution. She never really used the sunroof anyway. I don't recall what specific caulk I used for the GTI, but this Gorilla variant had a great price when I went looking this time. One tube was more than enough to do the entire sunroof perimeter. I have since traded in both cars, but neither ever leaked again after the caulk application.

Good product. Hard to shape. Looks durable after curing. Smells like vinegar while curing. Once cured, no smell at all.

This works amazing. I had gotten a different sealant and it didn't work on sealing the leak, so I had purchased this, and it was really easy to use, dried really fast... like under 30 minutes, and took care of the leak completely. Was also cheaper than the other kind I had tried. I love the recloseable tube so it doesn't dry up. I wish I started with this one.

I had read some place that this stuff worked great to adhere saw-tooth picture hooks to the back of decorative ceramic tile art for hanging on the wall. I had made about 100 jazz themed decorative tile for a customer who was going to be putting on a jazz concert and wanted to give her guests something to remember the day by. I had never worked with ceramic tiles before but got the hang of it quickly and really enjoyed creating these awesome tiles. At first she wanted the tiles to be coasters. The pictures were put on with Mod Podge and I know that is not water proof or even water resistant. Nor is it conducive to hot coffee mugs. I asked in multiple sites how to water proof and make these tiles heat resistant to no avail. You'd think it was the greatest knowledge known to man and threatening to people who had it on an individual basis if the knowledge was to become public. Keeping this a secret was a collective action by people who knew how to do it. You'd think they had found the holy grail or something. I'm just one little person, not a mega global business you'd want to retain stock in. So alas, I decided to make them wall art instead. Which in my opinion should of been the goal in the first place because these tiles turned out so awesome they were actual mini pieces of art. Anyone who would even think of putting a drink of any type on them would be non appreciative of the arts. So upon reading multiple suggestions on how to hang ceramic tile which essentially proved to be worthless a rockhounding friend of mine told me about this product. He said there were properties in the glue that when applied to ceramic tile formed a strong bond. The molecules in the tile bonded with the molecules in the glue. It's true. I used it as he suggested, a small amount on each end of the hook, enough to provide a firm footing, and was amazed. It dried very quickly, about 15 minutes or so, was easy to apply, was not messy, did not get all over my fingers or other things, and was easy to manipulate. It formed a strong bond. I would suggest it to any one who works with ceramic tiles. I don't know about other surfaces as I only used it on the tiles. And I give this find, which I think is remarkable, for anyone working with tiles freely and will continue to divulge "secrets" to fellow crafters when I discover something that works as well as this stuff.

It seals! It just depends on your work. I used it during the COVID summer of 2020 to reseal my bathroom shower tub bottom frame, as it had been leaking way too long. This stuff works great! Only this was my first time doing this since I was probably a kid helping my dad. So, my application worked fine, but I still had small leaks even after I was certain I covered everything around the frame! Although the leaks after the resealing were a significant improvement from before! My issue was that I kept going back and retouching the sealant after 10 seconds or so, which would leave bubbled, wrinkled, and overall a less smooth finish than the first time. And, yes… I read the instructions beforehand, but I couldn’t help it! It’s human nature to want to smooth out something that you feel could be smoother, but this stuff dries quickly!! It surprised me. Leave it be and re-do it if you want/need to. Also, a trick I found out during usage is to "over-apply” and smooth out only once as you go. It depends what you’re doing, and how much surface area you need to cover. I learned from this time I hope. That’s what I will try as I bought another of these tubes. The first tube lasted for the entire bottom frame of the standard shower tub door frame. I had a little left to use to try to fix my previous errors, but the small leaks are still there anyway! Gotta try this one again! Maybe with some exam gloves too, because this stuff is messy by the way, and washing your hands with soap and water only does so much if you are doing a lot at once and using your fingers to smooth. Paper towels help with removal of the slightly dried sealant off of one’s hands.

It works, but packaging is questionable. Also wasn’t comfortable to use it due to high density, but for the price is okay.
