I'm 46, so my hair is um.... old.... lol lots of grey, roots get done every couple of weeks, my hair is naturally curly dry and frizzy and long. For the last year and a half I've been focused on growing my hair and keeping it as healthy as possible using the best products from my research. I wasn't sure that adding this gloss would make much of a difference because my hair already looks great imo. I was wrong, this stuff had an immediate effect. While my hair was still wet I could feel that it was much softer than even the masks that I occasionally use. I did everything the same as I always do, use my leave-in conditioner and oil on the ends, my hair stayed very soft and after drying and styling the shine was definitely noticeable. I think it's also important to know that it did not weigh my hair down at all, quit the opposite it was very soft but light with a lot of body, reminded me what my hair was like as a teenager. The only thing I can't comment on is build up which may or may not happen over time but I'm optimistic and I will update this review if anything changes.
