I feel like the majority of shops use taro powder similar to this. Obviously not the authentic places… I agree with the others that say you need to experiment to get your favorite. Everyone has different tastes. I have a local dairy in my town that sells this vanilla milk that is out of this world. So my perfect mix is starting out with 3 tablespoons of the powder mixed with a couple ounces of water (honestly, I measure both with my heart and not so much actual measuring spoons). I use my little mixer frothy thing to spin it around until it’s blended. Then I add the vanilla milk goodness to it and plop a couple pieces of ice just to keep it somewhat chilled. I will occasionally add boba, but for me, I usually prefer it without. The only negative thing I have to say is I very much dislike the artificial coloring that’s added. Unfortunately, that’s so common, so I deal with it. I didn’t feel like it needed a star knocked off for that because again, are you really in America if you don’t consume artificial colors daily? One other thing to note is apparently there is a lot of caffeine in it. I couldn’t find that on the packaging but saw it in the description after I looked when I noticed I got the zoomies each time I drank it.
