Nice set, very sharp.
I bought these knives because everyone kept “borrowing” my expensive filet knives when I wasn’t around. I swapped them out with these knives now no one borrows these. These knives are just as good as knives costing 3X what I paid for them. They feel good in the hand, they stay sharp, having different sizes make choosing the right knife easy. Cuts fish skin off very smoothly and easily.
The knife was as good as advertised! It cuts the skin off of fish like butter. Also trimmed the fat off chicken and steak very easily.
