I received this product and was asked to try it for one week before my review. You can put this in anything i tried juice first then pudding. You have to get used to the taste. Its pretty good. I have a lot of tummy issues and it has helped with that. I have been telling others about it. I was sent this to give a review. glad i did#reinvent_brands#gogo Thanks guys

My first experience with the product was some mild nausea, but it seemed to work well. As I had returned to regular, I shifted to intermittent use. My last two experiences were terrible, resulting in severe nausea, recurrent vomiting (even on an empty stomach), and loss of appetite lasting up to 2 days. I’m not sure if my order is contaminated, or it spoiled (I’ve never heard of a fiber supplement spoiling, but maybe?). I’ve never experienced this with other brands of psyllium based supplements. I am also sure this was the culprit, as it was the same symptoms without any other contributing factors. I will not continue to use this product.ADDENDUM:I was contacted by customer support, who offered a full refund. My rating has been updated to reflect this positive customer service experience.

I tried this as an alternative to the super expensive and super popular colonbroom to see if this kind of product would be good for me. The flavor is good, very mild nothing super exciting but the texture is extremely off putting to me. The first day I added it to a glass of water and the powder immediately clumped and was next to impossible to incorporate fully and was just a bunch of clumps suspended instead of dissolved. Day 2 I added the powder to a blender bottle before adding in slightly warm water- it mostly dissolved. Still some clumps but I felt like a was drinking snot because the solids separate from the liquid so fast.If you have aversions to slimy texture i don’t know if this is the product for you :(

The product is very effective. The flavor is nice. The texture is a bit gritty and it doesn’t mix well at all. I use much more water than suggested and shake it vigorously. I still end up swallowing some clumpy bits. That being said, it is so effective that it wouldn’t prevent me from buying it again.

Taste was good. It just didn't work like I hoped.

I was a little worried about the flavor but I mixed it into orange juice and it tastes great! I love that I can just add this to orange juice in the morning instead of having to add it to a smoothie like other powders. I’ve been trying to consume more pre/probiotics, and this is a great alternative to probiotic yogurt if you can’t have dairy.It does clump a little if you dump the whole scoop in at once, I recommend lightly shaking the scoop into whatever liquid you use while stirring. Any clumps that form can easily be broken apart and mixed in.Overall really great!

I was looking for a product to regulate myself that would still be gentle as I have a sensitive stomach. WOW. This stuff makes me more regular than my daily cup of coffee - my digestion has never been better. I'm lactose intolerant so it's tough to find drinkable probiotics and I don't like taking a daily pill, but this takes care of both. The taste is pleasant so I put a generous amount of water in and drink it with my morning breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a gentle digestion product that's still effective.

This is my second buy. I have recommended to family and friends. Work very well.
