Amazing book.

Great book for anyone in marriage.

At first I felt the chapters of this book were too short for an entire lesson. Once I began teaching out of this book, I found that the topic of each chapter lends itself to plenty of conversation which is what we are striving for in our class. It is also helpful that there are questions at the end of each chapter. These make for good "homework assignments" or for more discussion on the topic.If you get the Kindle edition, you can copy and paste the questions after each chapter to a Word document and print them for handouts. Make sure you read them first however since some of the questions won't work if the student does not have their own copy of the book.Wayne Macke also has another very good resource for premarital counseling where this book is ideal for those who are already married.

Everything I expected!

We loved everything about this book. Excited to implement the principles in our daily lives.

Dr. Mack has written an excellent and practical book for both spouses to work through together. Short chapters filled with many questionnaires and evaluations which force each spouse to ask the difficult questions and face the truth about how each are doing...

We are very much enjoying working through this book on our date nights. The conversations we have are invaluable.

This has to be one of the best books on marriage, if not the best book, that I have read up until the present. The authors have focused in on the major issues, biblically, and made a workbook out of it as well.
