My go to electrolyte drink!
I use these for post run electrolyte refueling. On about my 8th tube. Cheap but do the job. Mango taste is ok. No upset stomachs. One star off as they don't dissolve that well.

Takes at leat 10 minutes to dissolve. Otherwise ok i guess but better ones out there for the same price.

Great product
I swear by these, I have tried a couple of flavours but mango is my personal favourite. They’re easy to take, I keep some in my office at work to take during the day to keep my hydrated because I’m terrible for drinking enough water throughout the day so I have one of these and it brings my levels back up. I highly recommend these if you’re like me and not great for drinking enough.

Subtle flavour easy to drink
Usually get through two of these per day, doesn’t matter if I’m training or not. Not the most flavoursome but they appear to do the job. My health has been pretty good since using tablets daily and my pee is rarely discoloured. Could be a bit more flavoured but they are fine.
