Are all three front and back screens supposed to be installed at the same time?

nop ..is 3 sets..one for front screen..the little for the back where the cam is

Does the color come off the case?

Mine is the same color as when I bought it. I've dropped it a few times. No scratches or nitchs so far. The color hasn't faded.

Are all three front and back screens supposed to be installed at the same time?

No, just one at a time, the front folding one has cracked 2 times, I'm on the 3rd, don't last.
