Ordered medium off the sizing chart, based on different brand I been wearing for years. Got "medium". No blood flow from waist down. Next size is "large". To say it is big is an understatement. They come up 4 inches higher than medium and leg holes are big enough that "little Jimmy" can come out and look around anytime he wants. Did I mention "chafe"? they need to make a medium plus or old geezer large. (no butt)

Comfort of underwear is especially important, and my husband was totally pleased to receive the Jockey underwear I purchased for him from Amazon. Now I'll just have to wait and see how durable they are after repeated laundering.
