Matcha Snob Approved. If you’re looking for a ceremonial grade matcha at a daily-use price, Matcha Konomi is it. I’ve been buying this matcha on Subscribe and Save for years. The color is a gorgeous spring pea, the taste is rich, fresh, and never bitter. I use a strainer to ensure any static electricity clumps aren’t an issue. I use an electric whisk with the hot water because it gets the match more frothy than a bamboo whisk. I’ve also added the matcha straight to a bottle of chocolate Fairlife for a protein matcha latte. Clean, focused energy. (The sellers send a piece of cute origami washi paper in each order. I’ve recently begun making fridge magnets with the paper. See picture.)

Definitely my second favorite, not the best but it's good quality, it does have a bright color I don't know if bright means better quality. I do have another brand that is Not that bright and is very good an also gives me a lot of energy. But this one is very Bright, and it's also a great quality, it tastes good, doesn't dried up my throat like the crafti brand that also doesn't give me much of a boost i idk if crafti brand lacks caffeine an quality.

I've been purchasing and enjoying Akira Matcha for over eight years. A Matcha Latte is my breakfast each morning. It fuels me till lunch. No other brand I've tried either at home or ordering out when traveling compares to its' smooth, mellow, fresh flavor and gentle but long lasting energy boost. Although not inexpensive, in my opinion it is the best value in class of organic premium matcha. I am never without it and always pack it when traveling. As a hobby painter, I look forward the gorgeous washi paper that arrives with each purchase - so many creative uses. Akira Matcha is a staple in my household that I am never without!

Se nota que si es primer cosecha, faltaría ver si la calidad de la planta es top, ya que he probado otros matcha ceremoniales que si marcan la diferencia. Sin embargo por este precio y con entrega en México, sin recurrir a Amazon de EEUU es un producto difícil de superar en calidad vs precio. ¡¡Se agradece el papel de Origami para hacer alguna figura!!
