Will this help fix the 'death wobble'? I have a '98 TJ.

Swaybar has nothing to do with death wobble. Firts check your track bar, then tie rod ends , then ball joints.

My links measure 10.5 inches center of bolt to center of bolt are these the same? I cant find replacement links for a 3.5 lift

These are perfect for me because I have a 4" lift and I value a quiet ride. If I had a 3.5" lift, they would still be great. They disconnect in 60 secs with a ratchet. The lifted TJ doesn't have any bump steer or alignment issues. I got rid of quick disconnect links because their rattling sounds like something is coming loose. On my stock TJ the links measure ~6.75" converting to CtC. That means links for +3.5" lift would need to be at least 10.25". I read somewhere that you want your sway bar to be parallel with the ground +/- 5 degrees. 10 degrees of sway bar play gives you 1.75 inches of flexibility in your link lengths. I hope this helps. How tight should upper and lower bolts/nuts be when attaching these? 99 TJ

If you look up installation in YouTube, I believe they verify the top bolt is 30Footpounds and the bottom is 45FootPounds.
