Doesn’t fit UAE bidet hose
Returned as it didn’t fit the toilet hose and no adapter actually worked despite checking many shops.

The adapter that it comes with to connect it to the water source doesn’t fit UAE standard.I spent half a day going to different hardware shop and they all said this adapter doesn’t fit UAE, it probably US sizes.

Sturdy and well made
Well worth the money we bought the rose gold version. It was easy to install fits the toilet perfectly and came with other attachments in case it didn't. It took less than 20 minutes to put in. Works very well

DON’T BUY IF OUTSIDE USA !!
Item arrived after 3 weeks, did not work due to wrong size fittings. I thought the fitting would be easy to source in UK but I was so wrong! Couldn’t find it anywhere. Contacted customer support , first they offered the fitting but asked for paying for shipping! After a long chat , they offered it for free! Guess what ? Fittings arrived after 3 weeks but to make things worse it was the wrong size !! Big mistake , stay away !
